Alain Cawley was enjoying a good time of it when he recorded a double when winning The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase aboard 11/10 favourite Cuan Na Grai of Paul Nolan's.

Nolan said afterwards, "That was great, he's a good horse. He was very stiff after his unfortunate fall at Navan and it took a while to get him back to himself. We will keep him going now on Summer type ground now."

Cawley's earlier winner came aboard Faultering Fullback when he won The McSweeney Arms Hotel Hurdle.
