Colin McBratney believes Carsonstown Boy holds every chance of going one place better than last year in the St. James's Place Foxhunter Chase at next week's Cheltenham Festival.
The 11-year-old finished second to Tammys Hill in 2014 and after filling the runner-up spot at Fairyhouse on his most recent racecourse outing, McBratney thinks a repeat of last season's effort will put him right in the mix.
He said: "If Carsonstown Boy puts in a performance like last year in the Foxhunters, he will take all the beating. The drying ground will help him. We have geared him towards the race."
