Shake The Bucket has tumbled in price with the bookmakers for this evening's Irishinjuredjockeys.com Handicap.
The six-time previous course winner was as big as 20/1 in a place last night but is now trading at a best price of 8/1.
The eight-year-old showed more than a glimmer of his old form when racing prominently over the course and distance last month to finish fifth of fourteen beaten just over four lengths.
He was ridden by Tom (Socks) Madden on that occasion but older brother Niall (Slippers) will be in the plate this evening.
Slippers celebrates his 30th birthday today and the mainly National Hunt rider is making his first trip to Dundalk for over two years to partner Shake The Bucket.
The Handicapper continues to ease the gelding's rating and he competes this evening off a mark of 60. This compares well to his previous course wins, the most recent of which was gained off a mark of 79 a little under two years ago.
