Joseph O'Brien doubled his Dundalk score in the penultimate race on the polytrack tonight, as Jaqen H'Ghar got the best of an exciting tussle with Ancient Sands in the Irishinjuredjockeys.com Handicap.
Ana O'Brien, on Jaqen H'Ghar, proved superior to the Pat Smullen-ridden Ancient Sands, by a neck. They left Venezia five and a half lengths back in third.
The earlier O'Brien winner was the Qatar Racing Limited-owned and Donnacha O'Brien-ridden Duplication
Joseph O'Brien said: "He loves a strong pace and the race was set up for him. Ana gave him a great ride and he kept on really well.
"I'd not rule out going over hurdles but there are plenty of nice prizes to be won with him on the Flat. That was a nice pot to win, and I'm not sure where he'll go from here."
