3 on the bounce for Moonmeister

Much like The Dancing Lord earlier, Moonmeister continues to go from strength to strength on the polytrack and he brought up a hat-trick under Pat Smullen in the Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk Stadium Handicap.
The well-backed 9/4 favourite travelled well in the hands of Smullen, who asked the Mastercraftsman gelding to go and win his race from about a furlong out.
In the end the progressive Paula Davison-owned three-year-old crossed the line a convincing one and a half lengths and three parts of a length to the good from Catchy Lass and Ned's Indian
"They probably didn't go that fast and he travelled better than he's ever done," said winning trainer Gordon Elliott.
With an eye to the future he commented: "It looks like he stays well and he jumps well also." (AM & EM)
