Thu 23rd NovWill Do gets the job done with minimum of fuss
Will Do galloped on strongly in the closing stages to land the odds in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden Hurdle at Sligo, giving Gordon Elliott and Jack Kennedy a double on the card. Fri 27th OctPlenty of international interest in Mercury Stakes
The Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Pat Smullen Mercury Stakes has gone for export six times in the past decade and the five-furlong Group 3 event may well be raided again at Dundalk this evening with contenders from both France and the UK. Fri 27th OctWill Do finally lands bumper under inspired Gleeson ride
Cheltenham bumper winning jockey John Gleeson was seen at his brilliant best when getting Will Do up close home to finally get his head in front in the concluding Jim Ryan Racecourse Services(Pro/Am) INH Flat Race at Cork. Sun 09th AprDoyle dreaming big with Monbeg Park
Sean Doyle is aiming high with Monbeg Park after his win at Punchestown this afternoon. Sun 20th Nov
After race at Sligo Fri, 27th Oct, 2023 (1st)
He jumped great apart from missing one down the back the last time. I was delighted to see something going on after a few hurdles just to give him a bit of a lead. He's a nice horse and he'll probably be better suited by a more galloping track. He was just ready to start off and Jack said there's plenty of improvement in him. He's a chaser down the road, he has a good attitude and is very relaxed. Anything from 2m6f to three miles should suit him and he'll probably step up to Listed or Graded company now.
Gordon Elliott
