After race at Galway Thu, 2nd Aug, 2012 (1st)
I'm surprised he did it as well as he did. The track suited better than at Clonmel and in fairness he was entitled to improve. The owner said he felt he'd make a nice stayer and he's from a good staying family. I felt the ground was a little bit slow for him and he'll be a nice horse on nice ground in the spring. He'll go for those longer distance hurdles.

After race at Clonmel Thu, 31st May, 2012 (1st)
I just hope that's a good omen for (the owner) Mr Barr's runner (Rugged Cross) in the Derby on Saturday,. The better ground suited this horse today.
