She's in a serious vein of form at the minute. I thought off 60 that she might be up against it, going on form she was going to be up against it. We'll tip away through the winter with her, she takes very little work. She was just unlucky to meet one the last day in Dundalk and they were well clear. James is serious value for his 7lb. He's starting to get a few more rides but I'm surprised he's not getting a few better rides because he has a great head on him and rides a very good race.

She (The Bog Bank) knows where the line is!. I thought she had a bit much to do maybe for the first half of the race. I suppose they went hard. She (Clarke) was good in the finish, she is coming on very well. She is improving with every ride. She'll definitely get more opportunities at Dundalk in the winter. I think she is trying to decide whether to take a year out of college, she has just finished school. I'm hoping she takes a year out, she would be good to have for the winter in Dundalk.

I'd like to thank Tom (McCourt, trainer) and the owners for the ride. I've wanted to be a jockey since I was seven or eight. I've just finished school, so I'm just starting to ride out most mornings. She's apprenticed to me and had a few spins in the winter at Dundalk for experience. She has just finished her Leaving Cert. I think she is taking a year out (from college) to give it a year with me and see how the racing goes. The Bog Bank was down nearly a stone from this time las year, so realistically she had to have a serious chance. She (Clarke) did everything perfectly.

She has been unlucky. She's an honest, little filly and she tries hard. She just gets a bit outpaced at times and comes home well. She flew home in Gowran Park the last day.
