Running Cool got up close home under Wayne Lordan to win the Sign Up To Our Newsletter Handicap for trainer Natalia Lupini at Cork. Fri 16th JunLupini doubles up with Cool
Trainer Natalia Lupini bagged a double on the card at Fairyhouse tonight when Running Cool produced a game front-running performance to land the six furlong maiden. Thu 01st JunVega strikes late in tight finish
The Sheila Lavery-trained Fort Vega stuck his head in front close home to prevail in a tight finish to the opening three-year-old maiden at Gowran Park this afternoon. Wed 03rd May
After race at Fairyhouse Thu, 1st Jun, 2023 (1st)
He's a big, strong, powerful horse. Today he kept galloping to the line and Wayne said he wasn't stopping and he thinks there is more to come from him,. Obviously he had a bit of a bad day at Naas in the Group 3, things just didn't work out for him but we still believe he is a nice horse for the future. The horse that won in Gowran the time before went on to win again for Sheila (Lavery) in Naas so the form was well franked. We'll see what the handicapper does with him but we still believe he is a nice horse for the future. Hopefully we can step him up in grade.
