Madden Returns With A Win

Out of action since fracturing a bone in his right leg in a fall at Tralee on October 1st, Niall 'Slippers' Madden, on his first day back in the plate, quickly got things rolling again, when on his third mount, he got River Liane home the three and a half length victor of the I.T.B.A. Fishery Lane Hurdle at Naas. Sat 08th Nov

After race at Naas Sat, 31st Oct, 2009 (1st)

he jumped really well apart from the final fence and hopefully he can improve further from that now. He was rated 147 over hurdles and if he does progress over fences he should be bang there in the better chases.
