Reports in which Kisanga (IRE) was mentioned
Kisanga delights Weld in Curragh nightcap
Kisanga wore down her rivals in the concluding mile and a quarter maiden at the Curragh to take the spoils for Dermot Weld and Declan McDonogh. Fri 29th Jun
After race at Curragh Fri, 29th Jun, 2018 (disq)
She did what we thought she might do. She's a lovely big mare and she battled well. It was a very good ride from Declan. I asked him just to let her down gradually on the ground and that's what he did. It was a good, positive ride. It's fast ground out there and it's quick enough for any horse. We're in no hurry with her, she's a big mare and we'll go gradually with her. It's just nice to win with her today.
