It was her first run back. She had a very busy and highly successful year last year and the plan had always been to start her today. She'll go for the Stanerra, in about three weeks time, a Group 3 at Naas. The race wasn't really run to suit her there but class is class. She'll improve from that run too. Horses like her usually don't win impressively or by big distances but they keep winning.

She’s very good and progressing all the time. I couldn’t take him off her as they are such a team together. Every time he’s ridden her they just click. He gives her a chance to find her feet and makes lovely steady progress on her. I thought he gave her a superb ride at Leopardstown by getting over from a wide draw to get a position. He deserved the ride here for that and did everything right. They were really travelling and were strung out. To go two miles at that pace and the way she found another gear off a fast pace, you would hope she would be a Gold Cup filly for next year. That’s it for this year.

We were very hopeful in a very competitive handicap,. He rode her exactly as I thought he would. He got her into a lovely rhythm, Leopardstown takes a bit of getting, and he took his time, steady progress, came with a lovely run and gave her a lovely ride. She's a big filly and she's progressed all the time. This is her fourth win from five runs this year and she's getting better all the time. I've actually made an entry for her at Group 3 level so it's in my mind that this filly has the potential to go on now and campaign at stakes level from now on. I have her in the two-mile Loughbrown Stakes at the Curragh in about three weeks time. Her class is just winning for her over shorter distances but I believe when she goes a mile-and-six or two miles that she'll be very comfortable at that as well. Her real potential is next year, and maybe the year after, but certainly next year is when she is going to develop into that big frame of hers. She's a lovely consistent filly. She's a very straight-forward filly, she doesn't take a lot of work, she likes to be fresh and she's just an improving filly.

We were very happy with her, she's progressive,. She won well in Sligo the last day and this was a step up in grade again and she's won nicely going to the line. Where she goes from here I'm not entirely sure but she's a filly that deserves a crack at a decent handicap now in the autumn. We'll see how she comes out of the race and see how we go then. She stays well, is honest, genuine, tough and only does what she has to do. She's a lovely filly and hopefully there is more to come from her.
