After race at Thurles Thu, 21st Nov, 2024 (1st)
He went disappointing over hurdles but probably got sick of it. Philip Donovan rode him the last day and wasn't too hard on him and we freshened him up since. He is a brilliant jumper, loved that good ground and we thought he'd run ok. I wouldn't read a huge amount into the race though as Caesar Rock was the horse I was afraid of, so we'll take what we get. He is related to Constitution Hill, is a smashing horse and is a brilliant jumper. He loves that good ground.

After race at Sligo Thu, 8th Aug, 2024 (1st)
He got a bit of confidence after winning the last day and just got away with the ground, he probably wouldn't want it any softer than that. . He was probably getting a bit lonesome in front. It helped that I didn't get bumped around, I got things easy so I was able to ride the race how I liked. It's a family operation and everyone contributes. It's not easy to produce winners of these kind of races on a regular basis, it takes a lot of doing and you have to work hard. We have good facilities, a variety of gallops, and can do everything at home. . This is a nice horse from the family of Constitution Hill and Menorah. He's been slow enough to get going but he's a raw five-year-old with a lot of talent and I'd be hoping that he'll make up into a nice horse over fences.
