That was just the job, he has been a great servant too us for the last couple of years and he loves this fast ground. He's not an overly big horse. His run over hurdles at Killarney boosted his confidence after he got fell here at the festival.

Geraghty at his best aboard Sandymount
The owner Eugene Bergin is leasing this horse from Ron Wood for the Summer, so it's nice start for them. It was great to get the win under her belt, we were nearly beaten by our outsider which was a bit of a surprise. She will mix it over hurdles on the flat for the rest of the Summer.
She battled well this evening and she stayed on very well. She's a temperamental sort so it was nice to get her to perform on the track. She will stay handicapping and the further the better. We've schooled her over fences and she jumps well enough but she may just be caught for size. She's very versatile as in she has been placed on heavy ground and she's won here this evening on very fast ground.
A first for Supple and Linehan
That's my first winner in Ireland and it was nice to get it. I think the blinkers made all the difference to him.

Ballywooden King impresses at Punchestown
He did that nicely. He was second in some bumpers on good ground. He ran in a couple of hurdle races during the Winter but he just couldn't handle the heavy ground so we decided to wait for the better ground. We stepped him up to three miles as we knew he'd stay. He'll either go to Perth in July for a three mile novice race or the two mile six furlong race at Galway. I'm delighted for Francis Mahon the owner as it's his first winner.
This lad had some good form with Colm Murphy but he lost his way a little. He seems to be back to himself and he's a nice horse, we will probably go back over fences with him as he looks like a chasing type.

Harrington completes Punchestown double
That was great for Barry [Connell]. He bought him back in September and he was disappointing when he ran at Navan, he just couldn't handle the ground. We'll keep him on the go throughout the Summer now.
