< Concordin and Vicangelome combined to give trainer Robert Tyner a double at Wexford.
Concordin (7-2) hadn't shown a great deal in three previous outings over fences heading into the Stena Line Horizon Beginners Chase but travelled well and took up the running approaching the last.< Lisclogher Lad attempted to throw down a challenge but Concordin wasn't for catching and stuck on to register a two-and-a-quarter-length victory.
Vicangelome capitalised on a rating 4lb lower than his chase figure in the Colin Bowe Racing Handicap Hurdle.
Tyner's charge is enjoying an excellent campaign and scored for the fourth time since October thanks to his determined neck defeat of Go Paddy Go as the 3-1 market leader.
Concordin's jockey Mark Walsh followed up in the same JP McManus colours when Whatareudoingtome (11-10 favourite) beat Tyner's Tooreen in the Stena Line Europe Handicap Chase.< Ice Cool made almost all of the running to claim top honours in the Monbeg Syndicate Rated Novice Hurdle.
The 2-1 chance was able to dictate terms in the three-mile affair and although challenged by Tuzo three out, he found plenty for pressure and ploughed through the testing conditions to score by eight and a half lengths from Pilgrim Way < Bay Of Freedom (5-2) got his act together over timber with victory in the Denis P Murphy Racing Maiden Hurdle.
Not disgraced in Grade One bumpers around this time last year, Peter Fahey's seven-year-old didn't come up to scratch in three outings over obstacles last summer but showed a willing attitude on his return to beat Captain Bizarro by three lengths.< Annie Alainn (6-1) was pulled up in a first-time hood at Fairyhouse on Tuesday but had the headgear removed for the Benedicts Nite Club Handicap Hurdle and bounced back to see off Rebel Ace by two and a quarter lengths.
