Ruby Walsh made it two wins from as many rides since returning from injury when partnering Morning Run to victory in the Follow Tipperary Races On Facebook Mares Maiden Hurdle.

Successful on his comeback at the same venue on Sunday, Walsh always looked in control on the Willie Mullins-trained runner who was well supported on his hurdling bow after three impressive bumpers wins.

The 4-9 favourite was briefly given something to think about by Louise Royale but eased three and a quarter lengths clear of that rival after jumping the last in front.

Mullins teamed up with his son, Patrick, to complete a double when Perfect Gentleman landed the www.tipperaryraces.ie Beginners Chase in taking fashion.

Lightly raced for his age, the nine-year-old was last seen winning over hurdles 229 days ago and could have a future over larger obstacles on the evidence of this chasing bow.

He already had the race in the bag when his nearest rival, Bridgets Pet fell at the last and the 11-10 favourite recorded a 13-length margin from Vics Canvas

Patrick Mullins completed a double of his own when steering Roi Des Francs (5-2) to a four-length triumph over Gaius Marius in the closing Season Finale Flat Race.

There was drama in the Schooling At Tipperary Beginners Chase as 50-1 shot got up late to deny Ballinard Buddy by three-quarters of a length.

Johnny Burke gave the latter a fine front-running ride and held a very healthy lead over the last fence, but he tired badly on the run in and Ger Fox got the fast-finishing winner up right on the line.< Fruits Of Molly justified 3-1 favouritism with ease in the opening Join The Tipperary Supporter's Club 2015 (C & G) Maiden Hurdle, stealing a march on his rivals two hurdles from home and galloping 13 lengths clear of runner-up Siobhans Beauty

There was another easy winner in the Costellos Tavern Handicap Hurdle in the shape of Cool Oscar who sprang a 25-1 surprise when storming eight and a half lengths clear of Bank Bonus while Obispo (100-30jt-fav) proved eight and a half lengths
