< A Toi Phil added his name to the Horse & Jockey Hotel Kinloch Brae Chase's illustrious roll of honour as Gordon Elliott and Gigginstown House Stud dominated proceedings at Thurles.

The 11-10 favourite showed her appreciation for having her sights lowered by beating Magic Of Light by eight lengths.

The W.T. O'Grady Memorial Irish EBF Novice Hurdle looked really competitive on paper but Dortmund Park turned it into a procession.

The expensive French recruit picked off his rivals one by one before hitting the front at the second-last, and he made a mockery of his 12-1 starting price by careering 16 lengths clear of Burrows Saint < Pete So High made it third-time lucky over timber in the www.thurlesraces.ie Maiden Hurdle.

The 7-1 chance took the lead off Saglawy two out and saw out his race well in the testing conditions to beat Last Man Standing by five lengths.

Pete So High, A Toi Phil and Dinaria Des Obeaux combined to give Jack Kennedy a treble, with Dortmund Park steered by Davy Russell.< Knockraha Pylon (10-1) took the Matty Ryan Memorial Handicap Hurdle for Adrian and Finny Maguire, while Kopookris (7-1) was a lucky winner of the Exit 6 To Horse & Jockey Handicap Chase.

Some old favourites went to post for the Arctic Tack Stud Hunters Chase and 6-4 favourite Gilgamboa proved too strong for last year's winner Foxrock
