< Rodriguez put in a fine front-running performance to land the most valuable race at Roscommon, the Leo Dolan Memorial Handicap Hurdle.
Brian Cawley had no concerns with bouncing the 4-1 chance out in front from the fall of the flag, and he appeared to be travelling ominously for his rivals throughout.
The Lady Granuaille chased the winner willingly throughout the closing stages, but Charlie Swan's charge kept her at arm's length throughout, eventually recording a four-length success.< Voluptueux ran out a facile winner of the Athleague Maiden Hurdle.
Philip Fenton's charge was sent off the 7-4 favourite on the back of his second over the same course and distance last time, and after hitting the front three out, he never looked troubled.
Brian O'Connell was virtually motionless as Voluptueux passed the post eight and a half lengths clear of Steel King < Elsie (5-2) was an equally facile winner over timber in the Easyfix Rubber Products Rated Novice Hurdle.
With the race down to four runners after two defectors, Tom Mullins' charge made light work of her remaining rivals under Paul Townend, leaving favourite Dancing Roe trailing in her wake and winning by five and a half lengths.< Up The Hill ran on well to land the Martinstown Opportunity Maiden Hurdle under Kevin Sexton.
The John Nicholson-trained 6-1 chance was always to the fore, and was travelling much the best on the turn for home.< Festival Opera tried to give chase late, but Up The Hill was too strong, winning by five and a half lengths.
Sexton bagged a double on the card when driving He Is Top Class home to land the White Transport Handicap Hurdle.< Bank The Bucks appeared set to defy a 763-day absence when striking the front at the last, but Sexton got Donal Hassett's 11-1 chance up late to score.
