< Catch Me (4-9 favourite) was a class above his rivals in the Boyne Hurdle and made it four wins from as many starts this season in impressive fashion.
Edward O'Grady's seven-year-old travelled well within himself and was in close attendance of Aitmatov when his main market rival went on three flights from the finish.
Andrew McNamara let out an inch of rein between the last two and Catch Me shot away before passing the post unextended, 11 lengths clear of Oscar Rebel
McNamara and O'Grady supplemented Catch Me's triumph when combining with Back In Front's brother Solstice Knight (6-4 joint-favourite), who beat his market rival An Innocent Man by six lengths in the Mirror Group Maiden Hurdle.< Made In Taipan got back to winning ways when asserting his authority in the Flyingbolt Novice Chase.
Tom Mullins' charge has been a bit below par the last twice, but was allowed to dictate terms to suit himself under Davy Russell.< Hotel Hilamar and Northern Alliance went in pursuit when the 7-4 market leader kicked early in the straight, but the chase was in vain and he scored by five lengths.
Russell followed Made In Taipan's victory when Siegemaster won the Ten Up Novice Chase as the 11-8 favourite.
Russell was content to watch from fourth place as Florida Express and Bronte Bay cut out the running, but had moved up into third when both leaders came to grief three out.
Left in front, Siegemaster put in a messy leap himself at the second-last but regathered his momentum and beat Equus Maximus by six lengths.
The Navan Racecourse Handicap Hurdle went the way of 5-2 favourite Fistoulig while Beckett Rock (7-2) took the Irish Stallion Owners EBF Maiden Hurdle, and Dermot Weld sent out the impressive Lead The Parade (5-2) to land the Johnstown INH Flat Race.
