< Aimhirgin Lass (13-8 favourite) pulled out all the stops to repel the gallant Ringside Humour in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap at Killarney.

The hat-trick seeking Ringside Humour made the best of her way home and although under the pump from some way out, responded to all of Kevin Manning's urgings.

She saw off her challengers, all except John Oxx's Aimhirgin Lass, who was brought down the outside by Declan McDonogh and kept the rallying Ringside Humour half a length at bay.

Aidan O'Brien threw three arrows at the Rentokil Initial Maiden and came up trumps with Successor (3-1).

The Oxx-trained Sea Of Mystery tried to make every post a winning one and the positive tactics looked like working, only for Seamie Heffernan to bring Successor with a perfectly-timed challenge from the rear and he prevailed by a length.< Rosin Box ran out a clear-cut winner of the Killarney Avenue/Munster Joinery Handicap.< Take A Drop shot clear halfway down the straight in what appeared to be a race-winning move, but Gary Halpin wore her down on the 15-2 shot, who crossed the line with three and a quarter lengths in hand of the staying-on Path Of Silver < Xsquared has been mixing chasing with the Flat game with great success and, after his saddle slipped in the Malton Handicap, benefited from a brilliant Pat Smullen ride to justify 7-4 favouritism.

The pick of the jumping action was the Paddy Power Now On The Racing Post App Handicap Hurdle, which went the way of 4-1 favourite representing the formidable Willie Mullins/Ruby Walsh partnership.< Oathkeeper still has a lot to learn and there might have been a few hearts in mouths when Barry Geraghty had to get at him two out in the Ladbrokes Ireland Maiden Hurdle, but the 2-9 favourite ultimately proved in a different league to his rivals and quickened four and a quarter lengths clear of Billy De Kid
