< Clan Tara got his career over fences back on track with a confidence-boosting success in the Racecourse Signage Beginners Chase at Fairyhouse.
Paul Nolan's 8-11 favourite blundered away his chance last time out but was given more time to find his feet here and cruised up to touch down over three out in a share of the lead.
Davy Russell had to keep him going to pass the post four lengths clear of Prudent Honour and Nolan said: "He will not do a stroke in front. He'll gallop all over them and travel well but he's the same at home, he just pulls himself up in front.
"He'll probably go to Leopardstown on January 10 for a Grade Two there."
Russell had earlier initiated a double when Farringdon made an excellent return to action in the fairyhouseracecourse.ie Rated Hurdle.

"He's turned into a nice horse. He had plenty of weight today but did it well. He'll get an entry in what used to be the Pierse Hurdle and it depends what weight he gets," said trainer Gerry Keane.
Willie Mullins got on the scoresheet courtesy of Lilywhitedancer (4-1), who claimed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase.
Mullins said: "David (Casey) said to bring him back to two miles - he was right. He thinks he will improve again when the ground dries out in the spring."< Our Nana Rose (11-8) confirmed the promise of her jumping debut in the Bobbyjo Bistro 3-Y-O Hurdle, while 11-2 shot Royal Ch
