< Voleuse De Coeurs produced a stunning performance to leave her rivals toiling in the GAIN Irish St. Leger at the Curragh.
Chris Hayes was happy to strike for home over two furlongs out on the 9-1 chance, and she just kept accelerating, eventually passing the posty six lengths ahead of Ahzeemah with Saddler's Rock third.
Hayes had earlier struck when finding the gaps at the right time on Avenue Gabriel who squeezed up the far rail to land the Listed Flame Of Tara EBF Stakes.
In a race full of incident, it was Paul Deegan's 4-1 chance who escaped unscathed and just crept up the inner to beat Ballybacka Queen by a neck.< Toormore looks a name to conjure with for the future after streaking to victory in the Goffs Vincent O'Brien National Stakes.
Sent straight to the front by Richard Hughes, the even-money favourite was simply too strong for his rivals, easing to a two and three-quarter length success over Sudirman
The highly-touted Darwin could only muster third place behind Brendan Brackan (9-2) in the Manguard Plus Solonaway Stakes.< Ansgar led for much of the contest, with Darwin and Brendan Brackan in hot pursuit, and it was Colin Keane's mount who found enough to overhaul the leader by two lengths.
Just after O'Brien saw his Ruler Of The World denied by a whisker in France, he gained some compensation when Guerre opened his account at the first time of asking in the GAIN Supporting Irish Horse Welfare Trust EBF Maiden.
The 11-10 favourite took over in the final furlong under Joseph O'Brien and fended off the fast finish of Atlantic Sea to win by three-quarters of a length.< Tylery Wonder (25-1) ran out a gutsy winner of the Glanbia Handicap under Billy Lee, while Lady Ultra (9-4) landed the GAIN/Alltech Nursery Handicap under Rory Cleary.
