The Eoin Doyle trained Indian Fairy made all to win the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Facebook Mares Hurdle.
Successful over fences at Clonmel in November, the eight-year-old daughter of Indian Danehill disappointed on her last start at Punchestown when sent off a co-favourite of three.
Available at 14/1 last night (before Marygale Bridge came out), she opened on-course at just 6's and was backed into 4/1 at the off.
Sent straight to the front by Meyler she made all and stretched clear of Water Sprite on the run to the last, keeping on well on the run-in to score by seven lengths in the colours of owner Sean Connors.
Water Sprite, who was sent off the 4/6 favourite (from 1/2 on-course), had to settle for second under Bryan Cooper for Gordon Elliott.
Donagh Meyler said afterwards: "She got it her own way in front and switched off and jumped great.
"She was well in on her fences' mark but it was her first run back; the big thing was that she settled today."
