Belharbour point-to-point winner, Our Musician graduated successfully to racing under Rules when taking the concluding Mitchelstown (Pro/Am) Flat Race under Gerry Mangan (rode the last winner at Lismore point-to-point before heading for Cork) for Robert Tyner.

The winning son of Accordion was backed from 16/1 into 10/1 and he is obviously a smart sort as he saw off the huge field, headed by Steel Park by four lengths.

He then survived a steward's enquiry and is now winners bumper bound. (EM)
