Jumping and stamina won the day for Shake It Up as he justified favouritism in the Frank Fitzsimmons Maiden Hunters Chase at Downpatrick.
Long-time leader St Killenagh and Kilna Shane fought it out going to the second last in the 2m7f contest with 2/1 favourite Shake It Up riding along in fourth.
The former blundered at the second last and the later was claimed by Shake It Up over the final fence as he hit top gear under Jamie Codd.
Jim Dreaper 's charge kept on well up the hill to post a six-and-a-half length success in the colours of Ann and Alan Potts.
The winner had landed two point-to-points, the most recent at Loughanmore in March.
