Hms Seahorse pulled out plenty on the run-in to land the odds in the four-year-old maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse.
Paul Nolan 's charge went to post an 8/11 shot in the two-miler having finished placed on his first two outings over timber.
Bryan Cooper sent his mount into the lead going to the second last but he got in tight at the final flight and was soon pressed by Global Export
The Galileo gelding, a full-brother to dual Group 2 winner Armory, quickened again in the closing stages to seal matters and record a length-and-a-quarter success.
Nolan said:- “He has a lovely attitude for a fella that is still a colt. Hopefully he’ll be an ideal weight in the Boodles and he’ll have a chance in that.
“He might improve on a bit better ground being by Galileo. Bryan said he’s learning all the time and he seems to be progressing.”
Luke Dempsey had done well to recover on Global Expert at the second last where his mount jinked right on landing and briefly unbalanced the rider.
