Eight year old mare Pretty Little Liar caused an 18/1 upset to win the Find Us On Facebook @dundalkstadium Handicap at Dundalk today, bridging a two-year gap between wins.

Ridden by Danny Sheehy, the daughter of Excellent Art today scored a length and a quarter win over Fallen Forest to notch her third career success, and her first since February 2019.

Afterwards winning trainer David Dunne stated “she ran well here last time and I really knew she was coming back to herself.

“I know she wasn't fancied in the betting but she was only beaten two lengths the last day so you'd have to say she was going to put it up to any of them today.

“She missed the break a bit but it might have suited her. She has won over shorter and it might have helped her stay the trip, then she has that burst of speed past the others.”
