Brian Nolan was continuing his good run when winning the opener at Dundalk this evening with 12/1 shot This Is Real ridden by Davy Moran and owned by the trainer himself.

Winning trainer Nolan said afterwards, "That was great, that's 3 winners from 4 runners so hopefully my good run will continue. There's a winners of one race for her here on the 9th of May so we'll comeback for that. She cost me ?4000.00 at the Sales. I owe a lot to Jim Bolger as he lets me use his gallops. I used to work for Jim Bolger and I rode over 50 winners for him."
