Colin McBratney recorded his second winner of the week (won with Back To Balloo at Down Royal on Monday) as his Nodelay took the Elvis Tribute Show Mares Hurdle over 2m 2f with Paul Carberry in the saddle.

Sent off at 10/1 the 7yo chestnut daughter of Beneficial raced prominently throughout and made headway to move closer to the leaders at the second last.

She went second at the last but was ridden to lead entering the straight, passing Benefit Of Porter and keeping on well under pressure to score by two and a quarter lengths.

Benefit Of Porter finished a game second under Niall Redmond for Patrick Sinnott at 11/4 while Streamtown (16/1) ran well to take third a further three parts of a length behind for the Crawford brothers of trainer Stuart and rider Steven.

The 9/4 favourite Maggie Connolly for Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh (his only mount this evening) finished a disappointing sixth.

Having won her maiden hurdle on the eleventh time of asking over the course and distance last August the winner then followed up in a hurdle at Down Royal later that same month.

She then ran a decent race to finish fifth on her handicap hurdle debut behind Clonsilla Fath at Fairyhouse in September before she finished a well beaten eighth in a Listed Mares Hurdle at Punchestown behind Jacksonslady on her last start.

Winning trainer Colin McBratney said afterwards: "I knew she would run well. She is a good filly. Paul gave her a great ride.

"She is a lot stronger this year and she made them look ordinary enough here today.

"You couldn’t have the ground fast enough for her. It's my local track and I walked it at lunchtime and I'm glad I did.

"The winning syndicate (the Usual Order Syndicate) is made up of ten women from Belfast."
