A good jump at the last enabled Mind's Eye to win the beginners' chase in Wexford for Henry de Bromhead and Rachael Blackmore.

The 5/4 favourite tracked Timi Roli throughout and was niggled along to be almost on terms at the penultimate fence.

He landed full of running over the final obstacle and edged ahead of Timi Roli on the run-in to win going away by a length and three parts.

Timi Roli had to settle for second at 7/1. He was a length and a half in front of Duca De Thaix (5/1).

This was Mind's Eye's second crack at fences having finished second to Voix du Reve at Galway earlier in the month.

Henry de Bromhead said: "I'm delighted with that. He looked a bit tapped for toe turning in but he really stayed at it well and jumped well.

"I'm not sure where he will go now. He might go for the Craddockstown at Punchestown but we'll see how he is after today and I'll speak to the O'Learys.

"The Drinmore is another option for him."
