Crossed My Mind bounced back to form on his return to action at Thurles this afternoon.
Arthur Moore 's charge was pulled up when last seen at Down Royal in March but was a convincing winner of the Littleton Handicap Chase this afternoon.
Niall Madden produced his mount to challenge two from home and he soon took over from long-time leader Nearly Nama'd Jack Dillinger was driven up to challenge at the last, where Crossed My Mind jumped slightly left and bumped his rival.
The 11/1 shot asserted on the run-in to post a comprehensive four-length success.
Moore said afterwards:- "He was entitled to do that on his hurdles form
"He was in great form so we'll tip away during the winter and we'll stick to fences as he has gone a bit high over hurdles and he'll pay his way.
"He won't get killed (by the handicapper) for winning that I wouldn't think and he's getting on but has won a couple of nice races for us.
"It is nice to have him for the winter, I haven't got too many so it's nice to have those sort of horses, especially for J.P. (McManus)."
