Listenheretomejack (9/1) won the Templemore Handicap Hurdle in the hands of Donagh Meyler (fourth winner in the last fortnight, and his 15th of the campaign).

In third place at the second last, the Masterofthehorse gelding found plenty for pressure to hit the front before the last and kept on well to account for She’s Commanche (10/3) by two and three quarter lengths.

Runner-up at Fairyhouse on his previous outing earlier this month, the winner was getting off the mark on his seventh start over hurdles.

Winning trainer Eoin Doyle said: "My horses have been running well in defeat but we just weren't getting over the line so this is great.

"He was unlucky the last day when he was left on his own and idled a bit.

"He has a nice mark and is improving a bit as he is switching off; he had been very hard on himself and Donagh (Meyler) said he is starting to learn.

"We'll stick to handicaps and hopefully he might get an opportunity around Christmas. It is great for his owner (and breeder) Martin Walsh who is a loyal supporter."
