< Art Of Logistics turned the tables on his recent conqueror Mallowney to take the feature Brady Family Ham Supporting Kildare GAA Handicap Chase at Punchestown.
Davy Russell went to the front earlier than he had when winning over course and distance last time, forcing the pace from five out on Mallowney, and he looked to be going best as they entered the closing stages.
But he wasn't too clever at the second-last and Mark Enright put in a strong challenge on Dessie Hughes's 2-1 favourite Art Of Logistics, who held a narrow advantage at the last and forged clear to score by two lengths.
Hughes and Enright completed a double when recent narrow Fairyhouse winner Knockanarrigan (6-4 favourite) routed the opposition to score by six lengths in the Laois Hire Supporting Kildare GAA Handicap Chase despite an 8lb hike in the ratings.
It was entirely appropriate that former Gaelic football star Willie McCreery should send out a winner on the day even if punters can't have been too happy to see his 33-1 shot Fourni collect in the Kildare Hunt Club Supporting Kildare GAA Maiden Hurdle.
Winner of a Galway bumper when last seen, the mare always travelled well for Mark Walsh and despite a deliberate jump at the last when challenging favourite Marchese Marconi she stormed clear to score by four and a half lengths.< Steps To Freedom looked to have a big chance in the Agnelli Motor Park Jeep Cherokee Supporting Kildare GAA Beginners Chase and all seemed well as he bowled along in front, but Liam Lennon's Howwoulduno (6-1) caught him as they jumped the last and fought on for a half-length victory under Andrew McNamara.
Willie Mullins struck in the Musgrave SuperValu Supporting Kildare GAA Maiden Hurdle when the lightly raced nine-year-old Bless N'ject (5-2 favourite) got the better of a duel with Star Power by two lengths in the hands of Paul Townend.
Brian Hayes had just enough in the locker on Shark Hanlon 's Abolitionist (12-1) to hang on by half a length in the Haven Hire Supporting Kildare GAA Handicap Hurdle.
