Wild Hunt is 7/2 from 8/1 for the W.B. Gavin & Co. Handicap Hurdle over 2m6f in Galway (3.28).
Denis Hogan 's charge won a couple of deep ground handicap hurdles at Clonmel and Down Royal in March.
He was then runner-up in Cork the same month (under the 7lb penalty) before going on a break until September when he returned with a fair fourth in a Listowel handicap hurdle.
This is the five-year-old gelding's first visit to Ballybrit.
Hogan takes the ride himself.
