Lethal Weapon wins again
The Christy Roche trained Lethal Weapon ran out a convincing winner of the opening paddypowerbingo.com 3YO Hurdle at Cork today.
Ridden by stable jockey Alan Crowe, the son of Hawk Wing pinged his hurdles on the way to an impressive four and a half lengths win, following on from a similarly impressive win at Clonmel previously.
Afterwards, Roche reported "Lethal Weapon has improved since his latest run, and will go to Cheltenham in two weeks time. Alan (Crowe) said he will show even more speed on better ground."
