Leathal Weapon won
The Christy Roche trained Leathal Weapon, under Alan Crowe, landed the opening Kilmore 3YO Maiden Hurdle at Clonmel today.
The ex-David Wachman trained dual Flat winner tracked the leaders throughout before moving through to lead at the second last, eventually staying on well for an easy four lengths win over Tyrur Ted
Roche was absent but owner JP McManus' racing manager Frank Berry mentioned "Lethal Weapon couldn't have done it any easier and he will go for a winners' race next."
