This was despite Bible Black drifting to his left inside the final quarter mile. Ger Lyons trains Bible Black for Anamoine Limited and he said: "He is still very immature and quiet weak and he'll definitely make a better three-year-old than two-year-old.

"He is typical of his sire in that they all seem to be game, genuine and love racing. I'll take my time with him and let him grow up."
