The Willie Mullins trained Invitation Only under jockey Ruby Walsh, justified strong 1/4 favouritism when making all to win the Race That Stops A County Maiden Hurdle at Gowran today.

The son of Flemensfirth today was previously unbeaten in a point to point and two bumper wins and today, having been well supported from 4/7 this morning in to a 1/4 chance, made all to maintained his 100% record.

Paddy Power bookmakers subsequently cut Invitation Only to 10/1 (from 12/1) for next March’s Neptune Novices Hurdle at Cheltenham and following the race trainer Mullins stated “that was a good jumping performance, and we'll look for a novice now around Christmas.

"He’ll have no problem going up in trip and we think he stays all day, and I was also delighted to see him show that turn of foot."
