If Per takes his chance

Fri 11th Nov 2011, 20:23

If Per Chance scored his third career win when landing the [email protected] Apprentice Handicap at Dundalk this evening.

Ridden by Shane Foley, the son of Danetime led a furlong out before staying on well for a length and a quarter win over Tarrsille

Winning trainer Michael Halford was absent but jockey Foley did say “If Per Chance had a nice run here two runs back but last time here I don’t think he stayed the extended 1m2f. The drop back in trip suited him today.”
