Future Icon followed up her recent course and distance victory when again finishing strongly to take the Caremark Kildare & West Dublin Apprentice Handicap at Naas.
The Eddie Lynam-trained filly opened her account here just over a week ago when produced from off the pace by Robbie Downey, and Ana O'Brien adopted similar tactics on this occasion.
The 11/2 chance quickened up impressively well inside the final furlong to score by a length and three quarters. I Will Excel kept on to finish second with Haqeeba who looked to have made a decisive move when going clear well over a furlong out, weakened in the closing stages a further half a length away in third.
Lynam said, "As you can see from swishing her tail (in the parade ring afterwards) she is not completely straight forward. Ana was good on her but Oisin (Orr) will be sick as he had the pick of the two."
