Eddie Lynam was baffled by the success of Icemancometh in the Rackenstown Race.

The gelding was beaten by stablemate Sinsational in a claiming race at Killarney on his previous start and as Lynam explained: ´ Sinsational finished last in an earlier race today and Icemancometh was in a ball of sweat in the parade ring before this race. I don´t know how you explain that, I´ll leave it up to the handicappers to sort it out.´

Lynam went on to praise the ride of Chris Hayes who was recording his second winner of the day for his retainer Lady O´Reilly.
