After winning over the course and distance last month Hurricane Sky repeated the feat this evening as he took the Korean Racing Authority Handicap in the colours of JP McManus.

Second to High Kicker over the course on his last start the Charles O'Brien trained gelding was sent off a 10/3 chance this evening under Fran Berry.

Settled in third of the four runners he came with his challenge on the outer from the two furlong pole.

He swept through to lead with 200 yards to race and he kept on well from there to score by two and a quarter lengths. Benkei was sent off the 11/10 favourite and he finished second under Pat Smullen for Harry Rogers after attempting to make all.

Charles O'Brien said afterwards "He's actually improving at the age of six.

"I thought with the 8lb for winning and another 4lb for being placed we might be running out of road.

"The race panned out for him and it was like a good bit of work."
