Paul Flynn's Sally Park showed plenty of resolve to make it two for two with a victory in the concluding bumper at Cork.
He led throughout for Barry Browne in this two mile three test but was headed by Dasmyhoss inside the final three furlongs.
The six-year-old gelding was ridden to retake the lead a furlong and a half out and he then asserted coming to the final furlong.
He kept on well to fend off fast-finishing Getoutameway (25/1) by three parts of a length. Secret Legacy the 11/10 favourite, couldn't land a blow in third.
Paul Flynn said: "To be honest I could understand why he was 25/1 the last day but today (at 16/1) I thought someone knew something I didn't know, because I knew he'd improve.
"All he did since the last day was improve and we sold him to stay in the yard so it's brilliant. I sold my half to Tony McLynn and Tom Hollinsworth, who drives the box, owns the other half. Tom has had horses for 25 years and never had a winner but got given this lad so there's the luck you have!
"He'll go for a maiden hurdle at Christmas next and really he's a chaser in the making. He's the only jumping horse we have at the minute."
Sally Park won a bumper by half a length in Navan last month on debut.
