Holding Pattern blew the start and suffered a less than clear route but came home best of all to take the concluding Win Big With Tote Maiden in Ballinrobe.
The 11/10 favourite finished powerfully in the final furlong to pick off Treasure Chest (2/1) and strode away by five and a half lengths.
German import Party Playboy was a head further back in third at 4/1. He had been popular all day on his debut for Tony Mullins.
Colm O'Donoghue said: "It was her first time out of stalls and she settled and travelled great. She loved the good ground and at the end she was really running strong.
"Mrs Harrington was very happy with her and she said her work had been great. She was expecting her to run a nice race."
Holding Pattern's last two outings saw her win a mares' maiden hurdle at Punchestown before finishing runner-up in a mares' hurdle at Down Royal.
