The going for this afternoon's meeting at Thurles is now described as good, good to firm in places, following a further 3mm of rain since declaration time.
The feature on a seven-race card is the Premier County Hurdle in which He'llberemembered will try to land the 2m6f event for a third successive year.
The forecast is mainly dry today and tomorrow but there is the prospect of showers over the bank holiday weekend.
Galway hosts a two-day meeting on Sunday and Monday, and the ground at the western venue is currently good, yielding in places, with heavy showers expected tomorrow night into Saturday.
The flat turf season winds up with a two-day fixture at Leopardstown on Saturday and Sunday.
