Willie Mullins newcomer Good Thyne Tara (4/1f) mowed down Ten Times Better to win the mares' bumper by four and a quarter lengths.

Katie Walsh set out to make all on Ten Times Better. Patrick Mullins was content to sit sixth on board Good Thyne Tara, but with over two furlongs to race the five-year-old mare cruised into second place.

Mullins asked her to pick up the leader as they came to the furlong pole and she responded by stretching away inside the final half furlong to win decisively.

Ten Times Better (8/1) was placed for the third time in five bumpers. She was eight lengths clear of Thinklike A Shrink in third at 16/1.

Patrick Mullins said: "Vincent (Conte) rides her out every day and told me she was working very well.

"She was very green for one of ours and hadn't been away. She jumped the road past the stands and pricked her ears when she got to the front so I'd say there's plenty improvement in her.

"She'll probably go for a mares winners' bumper at Killarney next."

Noel King, from England, owns the winner and also has Daisy's Gift in training with Willie Mullins.
