It is the first day of the Fairyhouse Easter Festival and the going is now Yielding to Soft (on hurdle course) and remains Soft (on chase track) after a dry day.
Mainly day weather is expected today and tomorrow morning, with the possibility of approximately 6-8mm of rain tomorrow evening into Monday.
The action gets under way at 2.10pm and the featured Grade A Rybo Handicap Hurdle is off at 5.05pm. Willie Mullins' Risk Belle heads the market for this €100,000 contest over an extended two miles after finishing third in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham. The winner of that race, Jazzy Matty clashes with her again.
There are eight races on the Flat in Cork from 1.15pm and the going is now Soft to Heavy (on Flat track) and Yielding (on National Hunt course) following a dry day.
Dry weather is forecast today with the possibility of approximately 3-4mm of rain overnight and the possibility of showers on Monday.
