Super Focus followed up on her course win from a fortnight ago as she triumphed in the concluding Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Handicap at Dundalk.
Again with Shane Kelly in the plate, but up from a mile to an extended ten furlongs here, Super Focus went off at the same odds as on November 18th — 9 to 2 (from 7/1).
The daughter of Intense Focus came through from mid-division to chase the leaders at the halfway point.
She got there looking good two furlongs out, soon led, and she was ridden clear inside the final furlong, keeping on well to oblige by three lengths from King Christophe
Gambled-on favourite Bottleofsmoke was half a length back in third.
Tom Cleary trains Super Focus for Lotto winner, Gerard Jude Murphy, and the Athlone-based handler stated: "She's improved since the last night, and I knew she was in better form coming here than she was the last time.
"She's going the right way, and is very honest and straight-forward. I entered her yesterday for two races here next Wednesday because she was in such good form. Shane gets on very well with her."
