Flor De La Luna (7/2) outclassed her rivals to win the Equilux Costs Less Than 2 A Week Maiden and give Shane Foley a treble on the day.
Pulled up lame at an early stage having been sent off odds-on for her debut at Roscommon in June, the Sea The Moon filly came there cantering early in the straight and quickly went clear.
She was eased down to beat the staying-on Zanavi (33/1) by three and a quarter lengths with Greek Gladiator (10/1) another half a length back in third. The 5/2 favourite Delta Dawn finished seventh.
Foley is now on 80 winners for the season and he currently trails Colin Keane by three.
Winning trainer Jessica Harrington was completing a double after Rosie Bassett in the first and said of her winner: She's some big mare.
“She cantered up the straight at Roscommon on three legs the first day as she broke her pelvis jumping out of the gates.
“I've always thought a helluva lot of her, to the extent that I actually supplemented her for the Oaks before Roscommon because I thought she was good.
“She'll be a lovely filly for next year, I don't know whether she'll run again this year.
“She's won her maiden as a three-year-old and we didn't have to wait until four. You can see why she didn't run at two.”
