Paul Carberry completed a fantastic four-timer when Corskeagh Royale pounced late to land the beginners chase at Ballinrobe.
Noel Meade, completing a double, saddled the Beneficial gelding after a 536-day absence and he proved he had lost none of his ability.
The winner had some smart placed form before his break, including a fine second to Jessies Dream.
Carberry's mount was only fifth jumping the final fence but ran on well and the 4/1 shot was a cheeky neck winner at the line from long-time leader Pride Of The Artic.
5/2 favourite Marlay Park also stayed on well on the run-in in third.
"Paul's on song today and everything went right," said Meade.
"I thought he might need the run but he has a bit of an engine. He wasn't showing that much at home.
"His fencing has always been a bit un-natural but after a long break he seems to have taken to them a bit better. He's never been the bravest."
Meade and Carberry had also landed the opening maiden hurdle with Six Stone Ned
